Opps, I’m abandoning my blog again XD

Okie, let’s get thing moving with a quick update here.

Last friday, got a call from Shohei who actually paying a visit in Malaysia at the moment. So, both of us decided to meet up at KL central ( The main terminal for KLIA Express, Putra LRT and the stupid delay-king, KTM Commuter ). I reached there around 5:10 pm, so I was expecting he’s there waiting for me but ended up I’m the one waiting for him as there’s a delay on monorail service.

After having a short chat at KL central, we decided to go for our dinner at KLCC, there’s a chinese restaurant very famous of it’s chinese bun also known as “xiao long bao“, and Shohei wanted to give it a try. After we get off from LRT, we then realised we should have go to Pavilion instead of KLCC -_-” And there you go, we walked all the way from KLCC to Pavilion just to have that XIAO LONG BAO !Okie nevermind, since he’s main character of the day and he got the right to give me commands -_- Doh I’m not a slaveeeee, but just a local tour guide for this japanese friend.

We spent almost half an hour turning here, turning there in the busy downtown of Kuala Lumpur and The Golden Triangle of Starhill. Seriously, I’m so exhausted at that time. The weather itself is humid rather than hot as there was some drizzles earlier on.

After we arrived Pavilion Shopping Centre, we immediately look up for the restaurant as both of us were really exhausted that time. And we seriously needed some drinks to rejuvenate ourselves. What a bad day, the chinese restaurant wasn’t open on friday -_-” We walked so far for the ” xiao long bao ” and ended up with the big sign ” CLOSED “

We walked to the nearby fast-food restaurant, Nando’s Chicken and decided to have our dinner there. Both of us ordered Quarter chicken with two sidelines and most importantly, the softdrinks ! Oh yes, I order mild peri-peri while Shohei was so daring to order extra hot peri-peri, which i think it’s too hot for me !

All my colleagues are still working there, so yeah it wasn’t something new to me but it’s my first time to work during audit’s peak period. For a clearer view on the word ” PEAK “, it simply means all of us will have to work from 8 in the morning until 5 in the afternoon and then work for an overtime until 9 p.m. Insane enough ? Yes. Tired ? Of Course. Feeling excited ? What do you think lehhhh !

1st of July, I’m glad it’s here and it marks the end of audit’s peak period, so yeah, we’re back to normal schedule, working on 8 am to 7 pm. Finally, I can spare some extra time for myself in order to relax. For example, updating blog, reading others’ blog, watching drama and many moreeeeee.

Few hours ago, I went to Nostalgia Cafe with my friends to yum cha and kepoh a bit there as we have not been meeting each other for quite a while. We ordered heaps of food and drinks until we cannot take in anymore. While we paying for the bill, it comes to RM 36.50 and I handed her a RM 50 notes. After 5 minutes, she came back again to return the change. I was shocked that she actually returned RM 42.50 to me. Omg, she seriously need to go back and retake her mathematics at elementary school -_-”

At first, I wanted to ask her to check the bill again but my friends keep asking me not to do so -_-” Okie fine, and I’m feeling guilty now. ( Guilty ? I don’t think you should lor, in fact, u should hide yourself at a corner and curi ketawa there ) Hahaha, the shopkeeper got R.I.P.P.E.D OFF by us !!! We should have order more !!!

Arghh, I forget to update about my singapore trip again. T_T

Anyway, the next update will be in few days time, maybe tomorrow if I’ve got the time for it. Ohh yesh, I went to seaside with my dad on last saturday and took some photos there. Although it’s not of something that you can call it an excellent work, but I think it’s niceeee.

I’ve been through all these before, and it should be handy for me to handle them again though I hasn’t been doing it for a while.

There’s an increase for my pay as well probably because I’m not a trainee anymore and they will have to pay me as a “part-timer” heh.

But let’s put all these away, the working hour itself is quite scary with the peak hour cap. The normal working hour will be from 8 am – 4:30 pm including lunch hour from 12:00 to 1:30. With the peak hour cap, it will be 8 am – 9 pm, with dinner allowance of RM 4.00. Okay, what can I get with only four ringgits ? A loaf of bread and a cup of milo ?

If I’m going to accept it, I will lose my holidays.

If I’m going to reject it, I will lose a chance for me to make some quick money.

Gotta think wisely….

Starting 5th of June 2008, there will be a major adjustment on Malaysia’s Petrol Subsidy and a massive adjustment for petrol price. With such adjustment, the petrol price in Malaysia skied high in just a day ! Oops, to be more precise, it’s one night.

Unleaded increased from RM 1.90 to RM 2.70

Diesel increased from RM 1.58 to Rm 2.58

Luckily, there’s still subsidy on petrol of RM 0.30 after the adjustment with an annual rebate of RM 625 per car. I was wondering, how the government gonna pay those people who claiming for annual rebate. By cash ? By tax reduction ? Or they might come out with another solution shortly ? Nobody knows.

They announced there will be no major adjustment on petrol price until August 2008 but now ? It’s all happening in just 1 night without prior announcement ! Everyone rushing to petrol station nearby for petrol filling on yesterday, motor vehicles queued up everywhere and some even pushing their car on the road instead of driving it as a matter of fuel-saving.

There’s gonna be a big adjustment on commodities price in Malaysia soon as a result of the increase in petrol price. Everything keeps going up while the salary remained low and constant, how those low income group gonna survive in the future ? Or may be it’s time for Malaysia government to come up with a new policy in order to minimise inflationary pressure in Malaysia.

Everyone complaining here and there, yet no solutions have been made towards this issue.

Australia’s petrol price remained around A$ 1.57 which I think it’s relatively low compared to other countries which have similar economy structure like Australia.

The world’s petrol price gonna have severe impact on aviation industry as well. Fuel surcharges gonna increase by the end of this month which means it’s gonna be more expensive to fly around. Low Cost Carriers are cheap to fly with, but with the increment on fuel price, how long are they going to keep their fare low ? This issue will still be remained unknown as most of the LCCs are able to diversify the increase of fuel price in other sectors of their company portfolio.

It will be similar to a suicide act if petrol price skied high to an unreasonable level. I found a picture on the internet which perfectly illustrated it.

-_-” I’ve just realised I wrote so many craps in this post and it sounded more like an academic essay than a blog’s post. Excuse Moi ! But it’s true that almost every Malaysians are feeling the pressure, things getting expensive but there will never be an increase in their salary. Low income group definitely going to suffer in the future as their spending power getting low and low.

As for now, I’m feeling the pressure as well because it’s getting expensive for me to travel around !

I went to T.G.I Friday’s Restaurant with my friend, Shohei for dinner just now. Quite a bargain actually, the bill for two of us is only amounted to $ 38.30 inclusive of GST. Ahh, I snapped some pics in the restaurant too, but of course not with me in the photo.

One good thing about having a coke in T.G.I Fridays, u pay for price of one can and get unlimited refill Good news for coke lover but for me, my stomach can’t fit in the 3rd cup of coke as their meal are served in U.S portion, and I’m sooooo full after struggling to finish my dessert of the night.

The service in T.G.I Friday’s restaurant perhaps the best that I’ve ever encountered here so far. The waiters and waitress always there to check if we need any help from them. And of course, to check if anyone need a free refill on their drinks !!! Heh Heh

Basically, I’m very satisfied with this restaurant. Reasonable price for delicious food, good service, good environment and atmosphere !

Woooow, gonna fly to singapore soon for my vacation there. Thanks Trish for providing me with the itinerary, though the timing is incorrectly stated, ” Singapore Zoological Park ( 1 am -3 pm )” waa more than 12 hours leh. Hahaha XD

For your information, today’s the second sunday in the month of May which is Mother’s Day ! I just made a phone call to my mum and she was about to have her lunch with my dad, so yeah I wasn’t talking much with her in that conversation but I delivered a blessed wish to her, Happy Mother’s Day !

Talking about Mother’s Day, there’s a funny story.

I was there asking my friend this question, ” Hey, how you going to celebrate this year’s mother’s day ? ” He replied with, ” I sent her a crystal bracelet on last week. ” I was like, ” Whattt..? ” And he told me with confidence that Mother’s Day was on the first sunday of the month of May. Okies, I amended his error that Mother’s Day actually fall on the second sunday of May.

Em, back to myself. I’ve been pretty busy lately, assignments, preparations for final exams, and some BIG issues hanging in the middle of my life. It’s not that I can’t take it, but I need some time to adjust myself in order to cope with it.

Oh well, some people are just too free to bitching about people’s good and bad. My BIG advice to them, if they find themselves some spare time, please utilize it to do something useful and stop gossiping or bitching about others. I’m totally disappointed with such attitudes.

For the whole migraines week, I wasn’t eating much, probably because of anxiousness. As a result, I went for my favorite temptations right after I got my blood test result. There’s nothing wrong with my body, Thanks God again And doctor just can’t explained this weird phenomenon.

Look, I really don’t look after my figures here ! But who cares, I’m just gonna enjoy it as much as I can.

Again, there’s no interesting story about visiting a doctor, so yeah, this update gonna be a bit dry and boring.

At first, the doctor asked if I’m having excessive stress level and I doubt on that. Then, he asked again if anything fall on my head before or did I bang into something, another no from me. After that, he did some check up for me, measuring blood pressure, checking my iris and etc. The doctor suddenly shouted, ohhh, there’s another reason to explain your migraine too, which is u’re experiencing high blood pressure. Nah, I don’t think I’ve got high blood pressure on me.

So, the doctor said it was an odd case and persuade me to do a blood test since everything are gonna be revealed in this way. And, I did the blood test just as he recommended. Sadly, I’m going to wait for another 5 days until the result is out -_-”

Okies, I think I’d better let myself relax and don’t think too much. Life has been pretty much challenging, isn’t it ?

I felt terribly sicked as the anonymous striking my head for 4 days consecutively. Though, it’s not constantly striking but so much in a throbbing pattern. Should I call it migraine or hemicramia, well I don’t have the exact answer until I approach to doc.

The pain is getting more and more acute as days passed. I have no idea what’s going on with me, the pain is only focused right at the center of my head, not on the others part or mass area though. When I tried to give the particular spot a massage, omg it’s painful once I pressed on that spot. My friend said it looks a bit pinkish, so what’s the hell is that ? A tumour ? I will just leave it for the time being and I’m going to get a doc in no time !

I hope everything will be okie soon, and please, I can’t stop myself from imagining all those possible factors that caused it. Shh… I need to calm myself down.

Things went out great, far from what have I expected. Oh well, everything is possible given you operates at full capacity. Ohh full capacity, some will eventually break down cuz they sorta feeling a bit stifled. What impressed me was our brain storming session, we stormed out about 62 salient points in 87 minutes and we gonna do some filtering work on tomorrow. Thanks for everyone’s hardwork !

I didn’t had my breakfast this morning and I was feeling a bit hungry right after my group meeting. So yeah, I made a call to Malu to check if he have got the time to go for a luncheon, ohh wait, I think it’s high tea ehh. When talking about food, he will never say no, especially on some yummy japanese dishes.

Hence, we decided to meet up at Mambo Japanese Restaurant in the downtown. There was a sales promotion going on in the shop on a random fish package for 2 persons, and we ordered it.

It looks very simple and lite up there huh. But, once you deliver it into your mouth, you will find out how tasty it is IT WAS YUMMMMYY ! Of course, we shared the fish sausage and fried fish balls.

Then, we did some window shopping there in Bourke Street before we go home. Ahh, there’s 30% off in David Jones but somehow it’s still too expensive to buy. We bought a tee-shirt from Myer for $19.95 which I think it was quite a bargain.

When I was about to compile my report which going to due on coming friday, I realised my pendrive wasn’t in my pencil case, guess someone might have took it away from me. When I was frustrating about it, cuz the report itself is quite lenghty, so it’s impossible for me to reproduce it again within 2 days.

And thanks God, brownie ( my another housemate ) knocked on my door and returned my pendrive to me ! Omggg, I was like, em how come you got my pendrive with you ? He said, I borrowed it from you on last night, can’t u remember ?

Oh yeah -_-” I lend it to him on last night. So it was my fault then ! Silly mistake XD
